Lenni aerialist
Keen aerialist, Lenni, who has been into aerial hoop for about a year, has returned to aerial after a short break after having her baby and dived straight back into aerial hoop with plenty of enthusiasm!
We did a couple of different outfits for these photos. Some in a Cyan body stocking, which was such a vivid colour it made the photos really pop!
We also tried some red aerial silks to add a little more drama, which involved me standing on some steps tossing the red silks around and managing to get myself a bit tangled up! It was all a bit crazy and really good fun and I think we got some great photos!
Here is a behind the scenes shot of me tossing the aerial silks, the idea here is to add some drama to our aerial hoop photos.

This looks like quite an easy pose and it is a pose you first start doing as a beginner. But to do it beautifully all your muscles are working hard!
Your back is arched, and your whole body is working so hard.
Lenni is making this pose look so beautiful and effortless.
Your core is rigid, your legs are working hard, pushing you into the hoop on tip-toes, squeezing your knees together so your legs are not flopping outside of the aerial hoop.
