Aerial hoop is a truly unique way to improve your fitness, it will strengthen your core, and overall muscle tone.

You can start as a complete beginner. From the very first lesson you will be taught the foundational moves & transitions. 

What you can expect from your lesson

Lessons last for 1 hour & 20 minutes, this includes a 10 minute warm up,  1 hour in the aerial hoop with conditioning, moves & transitions, then to conclude a 10 minute cooldown & stretches. 

My lessons are for up to 2 persons at a time or private 1 on 1 lessons.

Information on what to wear & bring along

It’s better to wear form fitting clothing, like leggings, a long sleeve top or a T shirt is great. Ideally you want your mid section to be covered. Sometimes you may need a longer length jumper depending on what you are training.  It’s also good to bring something to drink with you. I have padding available to use at the studio, elbow pads, knee pads etc.
