Photos from our trip to Lesbos, Greece, June 2022
At the Church of the Mermaid Madonna – We were aiming for a sunset shot with the church perched on the rock, the weather decided otherwise! A big storm was coming over, it was blocking out the sunset and the rain started before sunset.
It made for such a dramatic photo though! This is a long exposure. There are a couple of spooky figures in the background.
At Melinta – We took some photos of Taverna Maria’s jetty, as we do every time we visit. It has a totally different feel/look in every shot.
At Melinta – We also took the ‘Siren’ photo with me perched on a rock in the sea, in a beautiful floaty dress. It is a long exposure so I had to stay as still as possible for 10 seconds, not that easy. A rogue wave decided to soak me, Kev, and the camera!
